Bishop Ray Neal is the dynamic Senior Pastor of Faith Memorial Church in Morrow, Georgia. Bishop Neal is a uniquely skilled teacher and preacher of the Gospel, who makes the Word of God come alive with illustrations that leave every hearer with memories to carry over into the practicality of life.

For over 30 years Bishop Neal has been sharing the Gospel Message.  He is a native Atlantan, and a spiritual credit to the Southern Bible Belt. He received his higher education at Georgia State University, where he majored in Journalism.

Bishop Neal was brought up in the Apostolic Church, and has never left his Pentecostal foundations.  He has been an on-air radio personality at WYZE Radio-1480 AM out of Atlanta for over 30 years, and can be heard nightly from 6:30 pm-9:00 pm.

Since being elevated to the Bishopric in 2015, Bishop Neal is not just a Senior Pastor at Faith Memorial’s Morrow campus, but a ministry coach and spiritual father to other local, national, and international ministers. Under the umbrella of Faith Memorial Ministries is Faith Memorial Church-South in Griffin, Georgia, a church founded to help develop the Ministerial Staff of Faith Memorial’s main campus in Morrow.

Faith Memorial is under the spiritual covering of the United Churches of God in Christ, where Bishop Neal is the Jurisdictional Bishop of the Bahamas, International Director of Global Affairs and Expansion, and a member of the Executive Board of Bishops.
